      Pros

      The eventual prospect of working for a decent company with good benefits.

      Cons

      They overwork, take advantage, and underpay you for YEARS before you are given full time benefits. I work 40+ hours a week but am classified “Part time” to Stellantis, meaning i dont get bonuses, profit sharing, dental, vision, PTO, or many other insanely important benefits. I have been working 40-70 hours a week for 2 years and am still “Part time” to them in terms of benefits and pay. Go to Ford instead.

      Ahead of the curve in turning away from being just another car company, and moving towards delivering an entire array of mobility products/services

      Cons

      Stellantis is in the midst of transitioning into the electric vehicle market. This is not a "Con", but it is presenting unique challenges
