Management doesn't care for employees. Open Cubicle spaces with no privacy at all, too much noisy environment. There is no cafeteria, everyone needs to order food from outside or carry their lunch boxes because management is ignorant about setting up a basic cafeteria or sitting place to have lunch. Basic level of infrastructure.
