Leadership seem to make consistently poor decisions. No budget to do job specific training, but forced instead to do very generic courses that take up several hours a week, with very little benefit. US leaders don't understand that employment law is very different in Europe, and that if they followed through with some if the comments they have made, they would find themselves in court. Middle management are just a bunch of yes men who never push back when poor decisions are made. If I wasn't aiming to retire within the next 5 years, I would probably be searching for work elsewhere. But I will stick this out for as long as possible.
