Vauxhall Finance underwent a merger with Stellantis finance - prior to the merge they were a fab company to work for! Now it is nothing but stress and pressure

Cons

Management micromanage you A lot of staff left a few months after merger and instead of employing more staff they piled more work on the remaining staff Management speak to staff like rubbish and are very rude A lot of failings due to management behaviour, would not recommend working for this company. No empathy towards customers who are dissatisfied.

Terrible culture due to extremely bad leadership across all of the accounting and finance organization. Company does not select leaders to lead, but instead go for individuals who are willing to manage in an unethical way to ensure their paycheck and their direct report's paychecks are protected. You are punished if you are a top perform instead of being rewarded. The company will continue to merge and unmerge and it's all because the terrible leaders within the organization and thier unethical and cruel practices.
