      Pros

      Good initial salary but it never increases until you get a promotion. Promotions are very rare. Working 100% remote is a huge perk.

      Cons

      No annual merit increases like every other OEM. Work long hours.

      Not much to say about pros. Yes you get a paycheck end of month and it keeps getting smaller with inflation year after year.

      Cons

      No pay increase for years. Outsourcing engineering jobs to India. They don't care about vehicle quality. No career growth. No training. Poor management.
