      Good company, but need a more organized management strategy

      Pros

      Flexibility to work remotely if your position allows. Good learning space for engineers due to the hands on nature of the jobs. Attempts to improve work/life culture by incorporating summer hours, volunteer opportunities and more. Great employee vehicle lease programs.

      Cons

      Very disorganized management and poor planning for programs. Lack of work/life balance. Work structure is not consistent across groups and can lead to unfair proportions of work between teams.

      Pros

      People are helpful here. If you are going as a new hardware there is definitely lots of learning curve and it makes you familiar with different kind sof electric and hybrid vehicles based on which functional area you are focussing on.

      Cons

      There is lots of politics at play. Senior Management doenst care and have their own battle going on. They are not as developed as other automotive companies and you don't get to learn lots of skillset

      Pros

      Good pay, paid overtime, if you are a morning person you start at 6 am and finished at 2:30 on a good day.

      Cons

      Long hours, expected to work weekends, very stressful job, management and union is terrible to work with, will deal with disrespect each and every day and shifts start very early in the morning.
