Business Outlook
Pros
Very smart coworkers who offer to help or explain topics, lots of great experience in supply chain. Working from home will continue even after the pandemic passes
Cons
At first the position is not as interesting with a lot of paperwork. Then they completely overload buyers/student buyers because of a hiring freeze. They can't replace their open positions so people have to work the equivalent of two jobs. Upper management doesn't seem to care about that Student buyers are underpaid for the type of work they do .
