      Since they don't replace anyone that leaves the company, you are never bored...you just assume their roles.

      Way overloaded, no real direction, big on indoctrination to the woke culture, they pat better a GM for doing less.

      -A large array of topics to learn on the fly in a lean environment, yields better developed problem solving skills -DFSS is perpetuated here, helping give a structured approach towards solving complex problems -It's a very cool job

      -pay stagnation -no new full-time direct hires, only contract -moving to new a department is impossible -minimization by management can create a feeling of disconnection -unreasonable expectations with little support can make one feel like a failure
