Company works in many silos, with few interaction between areas. It is very hard to get information (or things done) from other teams. Simple things take months to get solved. Many people in HQ do not speak English and most of the topics are only managed in HQ, not shared with people in other locations, as English speakers are not very welcomed in all areas. There's a lack of clarity in your activities and if you don't chase your manager around to ask for activities, you'll be there doing nothing (unless you speak French, then you'll be included in every single meeting in your area).

• Company-issued laptop had severe lag and cursor issues, preventing me from logging in on time despite being at my desk early. •I was told time would be unpaid when I couldn’t work due to the malfunctioning device, even though I was available and trying to work. •My timecard wasn’t corrected; I was told to “make up” the time. •Tone and professionalism during escalation felt dismissive (e.g., reactions to messages and questioning the validity of the evidence I provided). •Productivity was scrutinized on my second day in production, despite call volume that compared favorably with peers already out of training.
