Pros

there or no pros to this company the pay is not good for the amount of work you have to do the time are not reasonable

Cons

Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews about Stellantis Financial Services reflect my experience as a current employee. The turnover rate is extremely high, and after being here less than 30 days, it’s easy to see why. From the beginning, the work environment has been heavily micromanaged, leaving little room to learn, grow, or feel trusted in your role. I was written up within my first 30 days for a vehicle that did not get repossessed, which felt rushed and unfair, especially for a new employee still in training. There is also a serious lack of communication from management. Expectations are often unclear, feedback is inconsistent, and questions or concerns are not always addressed in a timely or respectful manner. Management does not always listen or seek to understand situations before taking disciplinary action. Another concern is the lack of respect for employees on a personal level. I asked to be called by my preferred name, which is a simple and reasonable request, yet it was not consistently honored. Overall, the environment feels stressful and unsupportive, particularly for new hires. With better communication, active listening, and less micromanagement, this could be a much more positive workplace. As it stands, the culture contributes directly to employee dissatisfaction and high turnover. Micromanagement, poor communication, lack of listening, high turnover, early disciplinary actions
