Pros
If you need something quick they will literally hire anybody and everybody that breathes-just don’t expect it to last. That’s not even a pro.
Cons
-everyone hates their job -sooooo boring -you have to dress business even though it’s a run of the mill call center -you can literally be fired at any moment. There was a contract that was dropped and the majority of employees lost their jobs, you can tell that upper management knew because people would talk about it for weeks, like everyone is getting laid off. Upper management would be like “oh no, we are being transparent that would never happen” and then the next day everyone lost their jobs but they still said we had to work for another two weeks (LOL) it was a total slap in the face especially to the teams that were hired just weeks prior to this happening -the managers were very micro-manager types and were miserable also -no fun- no laughing- don’t smile you’re not allowed
