Pros

Constant overtime Fast paced Literally just adding words to meet the word requirement.

Cons

No consistency No communication between management and agents Company cares nothing about their employees Has "fun at work" posted all over their page, when in reality, it's only the supervisors there while the agents are made to stay on the floor and work I've known three women get fired for missing time to go to the doctor because they're pregnant. Crappy pay One of my agents got fired for missing too much time because she was hospitalized for having the flu and pneumonia. They literally called her in the hospital to fire her. We're made to rush customers and cheat the system to get our metrics to goal, but get corrective actions of caught. Apparently "Mandatory Overtime" is a thing you'll get written up for not doing. No real opportunity to morve up now that TMobile is closed down. Computers constantly freezing and crashing, but you get in trouble for not working when the screen is frozen. Weather hazards don't matter. You get in trouble if you don't risk your life driving through hurricanes and snow storms to get there. And if you crash on the way, you still get in trouble. They tell you you get 2 hours of unpaid time off, but if you take it, you get written up. Vacation time is 2.5 hours a paycheck. Messed up paychecks more than once. Pay is anywhere between $9-$10.50 per hour. Maximum amount you can get in a yearly raise is $0.35 and they include the metrics from your training. Worked there for 1.5 years and had 6 different shifts due to mandatory shift bids.
