      the pay was $12, the management was not that great, they don't have enough managers that respond fast enough for a fast paced environment, they expect you to be a robot. my manager broke down in tears every single day I worked there.

      Off all government holidays with pay.campaign lasted longer than expected. You can move up fast with the company.

      Cons

      High call volume ,coach answer questions when he feels like it. No vacation or pto off. It took a yr to get benefits. Made my year in June had to wait until enrollmmt in November benefits avail following year in January. Pay low.,No raise be always want to evaluate an grade your calls.
