*remote, get to work from home

Cons

*does not portray that they care for their employees *no outlet or opportunities to get to connect with coworkers. Any conversation that is started gets shut down unless it is work related, so you feel lonely more often than not

Pros

Some good people working there, however they should be looking elsewhere where they would get paid far more (deservedly so).

Cons

-The worst pay from any Customer Service job I've seen in Melbourne ($22p/h which is barely enough to survive). -UNPAID BREAKS - most employers pay for your two 15 min rest breaks, Startek does not. -Insane focus on KPIs and they display them to your whole department for everyone to see - almost making it a game and a way to humiliate staff who have worse statistics.
