Reporting Management is good, especially for the LOB HireRight BVG - Crims. Understand problems Good HR support but they could not able todo much (if you know why)

Cons

No on works on paperwork. They will promote you,u saying it is learning, and if there is a coming opening within the team we will promote you as per the paper. Yet they will hire from outside to hold your promotion. No apprisal. They will take blood and sweat from you; if you do not meet KRA of your position, your life will be in a mess. Yet end of the year, they will say, Sorry, we were not able to meet site revenue, we cannot give an appraisal. Agents work for decades without any single increment

Mentally exhausting Personal and bathroom breaks heavily monitored - not allowed to leave desk without being questioned, and logging process unduly onrous. Exploit VISA and migrant workers to force compliance under threat of deportation. Leads to worse work conditions. Low pay. High turnover - don't expect long-lasting friendships. No networking or socialising. Can be lonely. Irregular hours
