Works with your schedule more than other employers. Also see people from all walks of life.

Cons

Revolving door of employees either being fired for poor performance (which it should be) or being laid off due to not having enough call volume and being told, oh you can apply and we will keep you in mind. As someone who worked with them for 8 years, I expected a little more than sorry about your bad luck.

Talking to two people at once, only can get request time off when they tell you to and it doesn't matter if you have something important happening, not willing to work with you if you need to change your schedule. They will ignore you for about a month before responding to you.

You have to be on top of 2-3 chats at a time. Your manager is ALWAYS complaining about your handletime and yet never helps you resolve customers issues (their training sucks so you have to rely on help from management all the time).
