good environment, positive, team building. Chances to move up within company, always open to said opportunities, keep on track with strict break times, clock ins and outs as well as efficiency all around with work.

Cons

Outsourcing. Multiple locations have been outsourced. Trying to move onward and upward is hard to do, when ever location I leave near keeps getting outsourced.

They do hire and promte from within.

Cons

They do not pay their superviors the pto they banked if they provide a notice and leave the company on good terms. They overlook or refuse to let you interview for a higher position if you exercise the open door policy adn tell higer management the issues you are having with management.
