Pros
Very, very easy to get hired - the company is notorious for hiring most any applicant out of knowledge that the industry has high turnover and that they have gotten worst than most.
Cons
Approach to management is that the company does whatever is needed to manage the contracts with its clients, regardless of the spirit of the work done or the impact on staff. Many sites operate out of fear of the loss of a contract or the decision of head office that it can be cheaper for them to do something elsewhere. There are no rewards for doing well - a reasonably popular schedule is only available with medical requirements in most operating areas. Corporate expectation is that staff's non-work life is irrelevant to their desire to have maximum flexibility in addressing their own needs, and that that is just what the work world is like (actually, it isn't.)
