      Pros

      Every opportunity for someone with endless patience and no pride.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team absolutely out of ideas. Most have worked together for years, and are unwilling to hold each other accountable. A revolving door for mid and mid-senior managers who continually pay the price for a talentless senior team. An absolute career killer if you're not careful.

      None, this was the worst call center that I have ever worked in

      Cons

      Benefit package was expensive No coaching No help to improve Threaten to fire If stats don't get better but no actual help to get them better. No written warnings, just straight to termination for being 2% off of target stat.
