Pros
The only pros are that it is full time, indoors, and you can sit.
Cons
Asking for help is met with sighs and eye rolls from the supervisors. Once you're out of training you are on your own. You don't know week to week what your schedule will be. Quality control is inconsistent. You are told to do one thing in training and then another on the floor. Pizza and a pretty new building don't make up for a bad environment. You are constantly monitored. Lord help you if you have to pee. Instead of asking if you need help on a call taking a long time you are sent a chat message telling you to hurry up. The threat of a first and final is always hanging over your head. Cliques and favoritism are obvious. If a call escalates and the customer asks for a supervisor you have to stall until they hang up. I don't remember a supervisor ever taking a call.
