Pros

None, this was the worst call center that I have ever worked in

Cons

Benefit package was expensive No coaching No help to improve Threaten to fire If stats don't get better but no actual help to get them better. No written warnings, just straight to termination for being 2% off of target stat.

Pros

It is a good company with opportunities to grow and move up to higher positions. My last year of employment was 2010 but it is not giving me the date above.

The department that I worked in is no longer apart of the company which was Qwest,

Pros

There are only pros if your work as a customer service agent "brand Warrior". If you are any step higher, it is not very good.

Cons

The company is sooooo cheap, and the technology is so bad.
