Pros
Hands down, working with the other supervisors and many of the tech support representatives on my team. Made friends and lasting relationships with quite a few.
Cons
Hands down, a couple of the most difficult and arbitrary Operations Managers that are not held accountable for their inconsistencies and absolute lack of any people skills. The pay, as well, as it only equates to $12.24 an hour IF you work a 40 hour week, which never occurs- more like 50 hours. Very reactive management with sporadic starts and stops and no implementation of continually changing knee jerk strategies and programs.
