      Easy job with decent pay for the responsibilities, mostly friend work environment decent benefits. hours are pretty good depending on which contract you work for

      Cons

      There can be heavy call volume especially when employees call out. High turnover rate due to stress of job at times.

      You get your 40 hours weekly. Stay busy and time flies by.

      Cons

      Pay is NOT enough for the amount of work you do. Strict rules. PFP bonuses are non-exsistent.

      Pros

      Great work environment, amazing people to work with, a lot of advancement opportunities and great training. Pay is pretty good and the hours are pretty much whatever you want but the benefits are very expensive.

      Cons

      Very stressful work, a lot of angry customers no matter the department. Expect you to be able to fix issues that don't even exist. A lot of customers are very hard to understand and it's most do not understand even the most basic things that they need to do to fix their problems.
