      *Team leaders seemed concerned about my performance *Management could be understanding at times. *Facility was nice *Lots of employee incentives.

      *Very strict attendance policy *Metrics that you could meet, but changed constantly *Policies changed often (which is fine if you are notified) *Shift could change when they deemed it necessary with your needs not taken into account

      Fun place to work policies are lenient but cant be abused

      Cons

      Hate the policy removed our OT and holiday pay for management level after 8months which was clearly stated in our contracts that we can take advantage of.

      Opportunities abound...since they are lean, you can do a lot, if you want to. This also gives you a a chance to learn and be responsible for many things

      Not enough time given to see results? The company changes leadership and strategy so much, that they don't give any particular strategy enough time to succeed
