Pros
They will hire anyone, no drug test, you get your own work space, referral bonus, paid training, training is the only good part of the job.
Cons
The pay is horrible for the amount of stress you are put through with each call. I literally get chest pains when I work. The bonus is only 2 dollars. There seems like no way to move up the company. They treat you like little kids and don't supply you with the right tools you need for your work(i.e. Everything is blocked on the computers). People who do so their work well aren't properly recognized. No tuition reimbursement. The attendance policy is impossible to keep to, especially when only one person is allowed off per day.
