Pros

Benefits - Other than this there are no pros to this company.

Cons

Low pay, client companies are allowed to abuse and create unrealistic expectations (call time requirement) without any interference from StarTek. Horrible management in Denver and Grand Junction, CO. Employees made to move desks during their personal break time (this is a wage/hour violation). Nearly impossible to advance without being special friends with management.

Pros

If you like working for call centers then the pay is ok.

Cons

There's not really a set verbal conversation to tell the customer and there problems... But you're graded like it is. Training is a joke. Overtime is not not an option its mandatory!

Decent pay and ample growth opportunities

Cons

Days off aren't consecutive, so it may be hard to plan an actual vacation if I want VTO but the requested dates aren't available to fill in the days in between my scheduled off days
