If you're looking for a quick, think-on-your feet, yet strict adhere to policy position then this is the job for you. The interactions you have with the different types of personalities can make your day and give you plenty of stories to take home with you. Tattoos, piercings, and hair color allowed, BE YOURSELF!
Cons
Quick wit, thinking processes, and wpm a must. Grammar a plus. Those aren't really a con but are a hindrance for some. HR can be overly demanding to meet staying requirements and allotted vacation hours or maternity/paternity leave is not always granted based on position. Policies always changing without notice. Extremely strict on adherence to such without always looking at a case by case situation. Stats are sometimes nearly impossible to meet in order to gain extra income.
