      The only place I have ever worked where where management works hard to make the job enjoyable.

      Good job for first time job or inbetween jobs

      Pros

      Training was very good before putting you on the floor. Supervisors were always supportive. It was used as a short term job while searching for better career match and so need were met in that regard.

      Cons

      You were timed on calls and sometimes it took forever for help in assisting with caller and you got dinged for transfers. To much negative actions to try to help customer is best way possible. Very stressful job.

      Great opportunity for bonuses and commission. Learned a lot.

      Cons

      Unstable in terms of rules, regulation and procedures. They not value their employees. They will fire you just to look at you. Loyalty means nothing to them.
