      weekends off, no late hours on weekdays

      Cons

      Paying people to do low level tech support that should require an associates in a computer field, but contracting out subpar employees to avoid proper compensation for the job

      Great place to work. Chances to move up, somewhat flexible, friendly environment, starting point if you need a door into tech support.

      Cons

      Low pay. Barely in the 2 digits hourly. If you're fresh out of high school, need a small income while in college,don't have many bills, have a second source of income, or live in an area where rent is cheap (like Chabourn) then the pay is great. Otherwise.... you'll be looking for a second income.
