Pros

Working at Startek has always been fulfilling. Processes are in place and are being followed by the employees. There is also work life balance with their flexi schedule program. They are also big on charity works. But what is mostly the best for me working in this company is the great leaders we have. Very approachable and not full of themselves.

Cons

A bit low salary compared to other industry players.
