Work life not balance and tension work environment

So I already have a review with this company but it is too old to edit. They have had companies come to the site multiple times to spray for bed bugs without even telling the employees. They do nothing but spray the floor like they are treating for cockroaches because they "don't want the spray to irritate anyone's skin." They don't tell the employees that there is a bed bug problem and they don't shut the center down to properly deal with the infestation. Last night... Black Diamond literally found a nest in someone's chair, and still, no one has heard anything(I just have certain connections and heard about what happened). If a bed bug is found remotely near your desk they send you home without pay and you aren't allowed to come back until you have your home inspected. Hard to do that when the company pays you only around 11 an hour and you're forced home from that job without pay. This job is not worth it. Stay away.
