Cons
Hard job to stay at. Could never get time off. Attempted booking months in advanced to get more than one day off in row together. Never happened. Father was sick in hospital and wouldn't grant me time off. Used up sick days and got written up. My Father passed sent in death certificate. Maybe they believe me now that I needed time off to go home to spend time with my Dad. Also when I was there often "senior" support all grouped up in huttles. When asked for support like pulling teeth. Employees who complained were given privledge over there co-worker who kept there head down and completed work. This was usually done by complaining and getting offline permission from supervisor in order to bbn protect there score. Effecting bonuses of other employees who would answer their calls.
