-Nice instalations -Nice treatment from superiors -You get paid every 15th and 30th, good for cashflow.

Cons

-It's stressfull (makes 80% of the people there either a smoker or a drinker. You might end up picking the habit.) -Salary is a bit too low for you time and psycological beating from some customers.
