      Pros

      Most of the middle managers, site directors and support staff were great to work with. Opportunities for internal advancement definitely existed

      Cons

      Upper management seems a bit disconnected and primary focus is on Wall St. Health benefits are woefully expensive.

      Pros

      It was a great place to work from home. Technical support was there. When you needed most times, and other employees were always there to help.

      Cons

      Until you get pregnant. They are not trained in fmla laws. They do not follow basic rules, it doesn't matter how long you were there or how g reattach of an employee you are. The pay was always messed up.
