      Pros

      It used to be about the partners. The coffee is decent. Store Management rocks. Howard Schultz. Flexible work hours. High expectations. Naked Juice. Many locations. Great for students and people with second jobs. Get to meet lots of great people.

      Cons

      District Managers are useless. Some don't support partners. You have to really need to kiss some toosh to get somewhere. Results are useless. Can not trust your fellow teammates. McDonald's like atmosphere. Breakfast sandwiches. Getting up at 3am to open your store. Getting a call at 4am because someone didn't show up.

      Being part of a company that understands that innovation is the key.

      Cons

      Even though they claim that our digital strategy is our priority, we have no leadership, no priorities, we're losing people left and right with no budget to backfill...makes me wonder how the work will get done.

      Pros

      Its a company where I feel welcome. I don't feel that its very 'corporate at all. I come here with a sense of belonging. Everyone is welcome and we all have our place to help out. The diversity and the overall attitude that everyone can contribute make this my special place to work. I can approach my supervisor and not feel threatened. I can have fun and be myself. I don't have to worry that someone will come at me for sharing my own personal ideas. I know that things I present are considered and not just blocked out. I am part of a bigger team.

      Cons

      Working for any major company can be tough because it's so big.
