Pros

Loyal customers, above average coworkers, compensation.

Cons

Work life balance depends on your manager, not Starbucks. Reduction in staffing levels in a high paced enviroment is not aligned with stated principals. Lack of positive feedback. Absurd financial goals in many stores and areas. No clear focus, too many competing interest to be able to succeed all the time. Changing culture is creating an exodus of talent.
