Pros

Provides lots of opportunity to grow within the company and has lots of support for it's employees on hand. Definitely recommended for students taking a year off.

Cons

You're in customer service and therefore must deal with customers. Some customers think that they're at your local McDonald's and expect cheap fast food/drinks.

Pros

Very easy going place to work Lots of attention is paid to keeping employees happy Opportunity to get bonuses Great partners to work with Build great relationships with customers Free drinks 30 minutes before and after work Lots of opportunity for growth Even though partners say the company is not what it used to be, it is still 10X better than the majority of jobs out there

Cons

Rude customers (but you have those eerywhere) Like all jobs, your work environment can depend greatly on your boss (I've been blessed to have a great one, but I know that is not the case with all)
