Great company, staff & colleagues. Upper & middle management are knowledgeable, inspirational, helpful & friendly. Pay is decent. You are given excellent tools & company spares no expense to give you the best. Overall a decent place to spend the first 8 years of your engineering career.

Cons

Training material is inadequate: it takes too long to learn the procedures & leaves too many things to be taught by your colleagues. Job stability is also not very good at all & Workload has very high peaks & very low valleys.
