      Opportunites if you are a manager looking to move up.

      Cons

      Most leadership styles are authoritarian. Some leaders are abusive and behaviors are ignored because they bring in the revenue. Very little opportunities and recognition for those doing the grunt work.

      Good work-life balance, strong H&S ethics which reflect in engineering processes

      Cons

      - Inability to pick right people for right job, - Office culture not so good. People gossip a lot - Opportunities are very less for engineers, that to Masters completed especially - Promotions are done based on no. of years of experience rather than performance, therefore its not a performance driven environment. - Seniors will most of the time strive to hire people from Pune/surrounding areas
