      Not a good company - Young Arkys: Look Elsewhere

      I don’t have anything for this section.

      - Apparent “no-A-hole policy”- yet I was treated really rudely by the archaeologists when I first got sent out to site. They really need to improve on on-boarding new employees. -Archaeologists tend to be pedantic and stuffy but the lack of support and welcoming from these “professionals” immediately started giving me anxiety. -Being talked to like I’m stupid, lack of communication and an overall general snarky attitude by all field directors really took a toll on me immediately. -Zero company culture with a facade of a fun place to work.

      Good people to work with, office location is good

      Cons

      They don’t look after their staff, multiple acquisitions and lost in identity, they don’t practice what they preach. People is last and they don’t necessary do the right thing - poor leadership

      Pros

      Some good dpeople, but they do not really have time allotted to mentor people.

      Cons

      Too many people being promoted beyond their capability levels that rum the show. No understanding of technical issues and they are making really big decisions based on theit perceptions of the business model.
