      Lower level employees get overtime pay. They are pretty flexible at high management level.

      Cons

      Higher Level employees get bonuses, but no overtime pay.

      Pros

      Employee policies are well documented and applied. there can be significant variance from one office to the next under different business unit. if you like the office management, the company is good.

      Cons

      There is a constant push for growth. sometimes a unit needs to stay or even shrink to rid of deadweight. push for growth is understandable, but company management needs to be in touch with the state of the office to have reasonable goals that can be successfully implemented.

      Incumbent leadership were too focused on their own safety to care about middle management and used us like pawns
