At least it was a job.

Cons

Didn't assist with any relocation allowance. You had to pay for own relocation. Gave only 2 weeks to new employees to relocate including finding somewhere to live before starting work. People from Melbourne relocation to Brisbane. Like really long distances. High turn over of new people. A lot of people who relocated from far away never made probation.
