The staff are talented, quality, friendly people.

Cons

At the Dartmouth architecture department, staff members are overworked. The projects suffer from poor organization, and staff are overwhelmed with an excessive number of projects simultaneously without adequate resources. This has led to high stress levels among staff, resulting in burnout. Additionally, when there is no billable work, staff are directed to use personal vacation time or take unpaid leave. Staff suggestions and requests are often not well received.
