Great team spirit, great work flexibility

Cons

Its always complicated getting a raise, they're always giving the same raise to everybody. It doesnt matter if you're a great employee or a bad one. When you arrive at your yearly review, your salary raise is already determined and there is no way to negotiate it. The only way to get a significant raise is to threaten to leave somewhere and show them an offer you received. Then they give it to you if they really need you but resent you for it.

Very easy going, open-minded company equity that promotes equity, diversity and inclusion. Especially understanding of neuro-divergent employees.

Cons

The incredible complexity of their systems is overwhelming at times. too many places to look to try to find data. Some of their systems are not conducive to productivity.
