Working for this corporate firm allows for a good work-life balance. You also get to work on larger projects and of varied types that smaller firms probably can't handle. The machine is big and moves slow which could be a "Con" but it's also stable which is a big "Pro".

Cons

Pay could be better. Benefits could be better.

Good culture, WFH flexible, easy to get time off, managers are very reliable, competent, and easy going, finance department is very organized, workloads are managed effectively and lots of support is available. Benefits are solid

Cons

Employee training is a pain point, work is very repetitive and simple, pay is weak compared to industry, not really much opportunity to move up and difficult to move laterally
