Great team with a high priority on safety

Pros

Team lead and co-workers were very kind and helpful. Safety was held very high. Had the opportunity to work on various projects with big clients.

Cons

Worked up to 3 weeks straight with only a couple of days off. Schedule can be quite random and short notice.

Cons

Stantec's values are we put people first, but in reality, the benefits continue to be cut. The response to employee burn out from management was we wish you could go above and beyond by working even more hours since we are so busy. We do what makes money. Hours are long and the salary is not directly tied to performance. Junior engineers are poorly trained.
