      Flexible working. Interesting project work. Nice team members.

      Cons

      Organisation is too top heavy and it is difficult to understand the management structure. Poor compensation. No reward or recognition for excellent performance. It is a dead end once you get in as it is difficult to progress up the grades within the organisation. No salary progression within the pay grade either. Uncertainty over workload is not the greatest. Poor office locations - could be more accessible by public transport. Limited training budgets.
