Pros

The people! most of my colleagues were smart, approachable, lovely, and very friendly individuals. Prior to COVID-19, there were lots of activities and gatherings. Mentorship was great in our team. Definitely learned a lot within the years I worked there.

Cons

Huge gap between the management and technical staff, lots of re-orgs, very low salary comparing to anything or anyone anywhere!! Long hours of work with no appreciation, very difficult to get a raise/ promotion or you would get more responsibilities with the same salary

Good reputation on display, good for natives

Cons

arrogant, rude leaders, project engineers and managers....mostly try to belittle females (sorry should say 'girls). Male dominant space. - Long hours without payment. - native and toxic people, gossipers easily , get promoted, no room for grow for good people! Salary is below average
