Same tired corporate approach to recognizing the individual through their CDPR yearly review process, which goes nowhere. Management is weak and inefficient. You never know what's going to happen next. Internal communication is just as weak as management and they are both linked together. If you are a professional, you do your best and plan for the worst, due to weak managers who just don't have the chops. Dreadful.

Nobody's job is safe. There is no loyalty to those that have spent 15-20 years or those returning from maternity leave. The atmosphere is tense with everyone wondering who is next to be walked out the door.
