      -Many locations to work in -Keeps the staff well informed -Cares about the health of the employees -Good vacation time

      Cons

      -Reset passwords too often on computers, probably common now though in most large companies. -Canadian based company so it makes things a bit interesting when working in the US

      Pros

      Flexible hours, good working environment. Management is good at being flexible to your needs (doctor's appointment, family commitment, etc). A sense of accomplishment when a project is completed.

      Cons

      Some tight deadlines means working late / working long hours to complete projects on time. Balancing multiple deadlines can be a bit stressful.
